META Consulting LLC was founded by one of the pioneers of asbestos abatement professional services, Thomas B. (Brad) Mayhew, PE.
META specializes in Real Estate related environmental services such as asbestos, lead, and mold investigations and environmental site assessments. We also perform Property Condition Assessments, typically as part of a transaction process.
META also provides design and management services necessary for a safe response to site hazards, as well as related services such as safety consulting, industrial hygiene, and Standard Operating Procedure development.
META has consistently displayed an ability to provide quick response to service requests with its core staff of professionals and partners nationwide. When other environmental service firms can’t meet the manpower or licensing requirements of a project in a timely manner, they call META Consulting.
Most often, licensing problems are associated with state regulated asbestos and lead paint projects. META has a centralized, detailed knowledge of asbestos and lead licensing requirements and the ability to fulfill those requirements in a timely manner so as to field teams capable of working on a project with a multi-state footprint or assisting local professionals.

META Consulting LLC was created in 2005 as the successor to the consulting enterprise within Mayhew Environmental Training Associates, Inc. and, before that, the environmental sole proprietorship of Brad Mayhew, which began in 1985. |
